Adrienne L.

 Adrienne received her Master of Science degree in Food and Nutrition Science, with an emphasis in Sports Nutrition, from Florida State University. As a graduate student, she also taught Applied Exercise Physiology and Exercise Testing & Prescription courses at the University.  Her Bachelor of Science degree is in Exercise Science, with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology, also from FSU. During this time, Adrienne also competed for FSU’s Varsity Cross Country and Track teams. With  six years of professional experience in the fitness industry, she has been certified as a Health Fitness Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine, and as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Adrienne is also certified as an Active-Isolated Flexibility Technician, completing her training through Wharton Musculoskeletal Therapy (NYC).  Prior to beginning her career at FPTI, she served as the Research Coordinator and Exercise Specialist at LA PALESTRA Center for Preventative Medicine.
